This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing hospitality team, delivering exceptional catering and customer service for executive training events and private functions.

What You\’ll Do

• Oversee complex catering operations from production to delivery
• Manage diverse catering services within a hotel and conference setting
• Implement strategic plans and enhance customer service standards
• Create a supportive and inclusive team environment

What We\’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Vocational catering / hospitality qualifications
• Proven success in catering services and financial management
• Experience building and managing diverse teams
• Commitment to outstanding customer service
