Call Center Agent

Location: Theale, Berkshire

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Working Arrangement: Office Based

About the Role

As a Call Center Agent, you\’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction is a positive experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering excellent customer service.

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
