Project Manager in Kent

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from mobilisation through to completion
  • Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules
  • Organise labour, materials, subcontractors, and resources
  • Manage project budgets and commercial reporting
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Attend project and site meetings
  • Monitor project progress and mitigate risks
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timescales and budgets
  • Produce project reports and management information
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout project delivery
  • Work closely with site supervisors and operational teams

Requirements

  • Proven Project Management experience within construction, engineering, building services, or a technical environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Desirable

  • Previous lift industry experience
  • Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Relevant Project Management qualification
