We are looking for day staff and afternoon staff for our client in central Derby. Ideally you will be open to working either shift pattern.
Pay Rate: £12.78PH
Hours: Monday to Friday 0600-1400
Pay Rate: £13.62
Hours: Monday to Friday 1400-2200 available
Contract: Temp to perm for the right candidate
Blue Arrow are recruiting for experienced production operatives to support their client close to Derby City Centre. Successful candidates will have the opportunity of working with a globally established company established over 130 years ago.

The role will include:
Vacuum forming products to correct sizes and shapes
Picking and Packing
Performing routine cleans to ensure a safe and clean working environment
Operating and monitoring machinery
Assembling Industrial Filters
Supporting with producing final products
Visual inspections of products
Packing and preparing products
Being responsible for quality inspection of product
What we are looking for:
Someone who works well in a team
Ensure use of appropriate PPE at all times
3 years experience min, in a manufacturing/production environment
3 years minimum experience using hand tools / production machinery
Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
Great communication skills
Great English and mathematical skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
To adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
Flexible along the production line (Training will be provided)
A hard worker
Have a great attitude towards learning and development
Able to assemble a delicate product with attention to detail at all times
