Primary School Chef - Coulsdon

We are seeking a skilled and experienced School Chef Manager to join our team in Coulsdon. As part of this role you will be responsible for providing quality meals to 560 Students and Staff in a Primary school and overseeing other kitchen staff members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
• The ability to train and mentor other staff
• Ordering stock / stock control.

Work pattern

• School Term Time only
• Monday-Friday
• 39 weeks per year
