Are you located close to or in Skelmersdale? Have you done Picking & Packing? Able to do ROTATIONAL SHIFTS - AM, PM and NIGHTS? You need to be able to deliver all. Can you start the first week in October?

We are recruiting a team of experienced Pickers & Packers for our site in Skelmersdale, working 4 days on and 4 days off. The hours can be anything from 6am - 6pm, 6pm - 6am, and 1.30pm to 12.30am. The role includes using a handheld scanner and picking detailed customer orders. The location of the site is WN8 8DY. Initially, there will be an induction for a full day ahead of starting after you pass a D&A test.

You will be picking anything from screws to paint, lights, or household items. You will be working to hourly targeted pick rates, hence experience is required. We are looking for people who want job security for the next 3 years. This role is ongoing - no end date.

Is this you?

  • Picking and packing high-demand, fast-moving consumer products that can be small.
  • Using hand-held scanners to follow pick routes and scan items, with daily targets set by fill rates.
  • Ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent attention to detail in all orders you are responsible for.
  • Supporting performance targets in a supportive team environment.

Pay & Working hours

  • £13.00 per hour minimum for each hour worked.
  • Enhanced night rates if you fancy moving from days.
  • 4 days on 4 days off continental shifts. Some shifts will be between examples 6am - 5.30pm and 12.30pm - 1am.
  • You MUST BE ABLE to do a combination of shifts and be flexible to start with. Perfect for anyone wanting a balanced shift pattern with predictable, long-term work. Weekend work is included as the 4 days move each week.
