Blue Arrow Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and proactive Janitor to join our client's team in Perth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment, and is comfortable working flexibly when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning and tidying of the facility
- Painting floors and supporting basic maintenance tasks
- Operating a ride-on floor cleaning machine
- Maintaining cleanliness in quieter periods by completing additional tasks such as floor painting
- Supporting early starts and overtime when required
About you:
- Has previous experience in a janitorial, cleaning, or maintenance role
- Is confident using industrial cleaning equipment (including ride-on floor cleaners)
- Can carry out basic painting tasks
- Is flexible with working hours and willing to stay on when needed
- Works well independently and takes initiative
