Working for one of our Public Sector clients within their HR Department. The role is part time working 2 days per week in the office environment. Contract is for 6 months duration You will contribute to the overall HR Team's delivery, providing a comprehensive administration service. The role will provide an excellent opportunity for the post holder to grow and develop as an HR professional, working within a challenging and fast paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:- To collate and record sickness absence data and issue return to work paperwork. Plan and coordinate Occupational Health Checks. To provide HR reports to senior management. To process staff changes and ad hoc pay claims as well as ensuring all filing systems within the department are maintained. To provide administrative support through the recruitment and selection process. This role is 14 hours per week – working 2 full days in the office. You will be required to go through an Enhanced Disclosure.
