Cleaning Operatives - Moto Cherwell Valley Services
Location: Cherwell Valley Motorway Services Area, Northampton Road, Ardley, OX27 7RD
We are looking for Cleaners to join Moto Cherwell facilities team.
Whether you're looking for occasional work, weekly shifts, or a pathway into permanent employment, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll have the opportunity to accept shifts on an ad hoc basis when support is needed or in advance.
The more availability and reliability you can offer, the more opportunities may become available.
Available Shift Patterns
Shifts are available 7 days a week, including weekends:
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 11:00 - 19:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
Pay rate £14 per hour
Your Duties Will Include
- Cleaning public areas and customer facilities
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Indoor cleaning duties
- Outdoor cleaning and site maintenance
- Ensuring all areas remain safe, clean, and welcoming for customers

- Reliable and punctual
- Available for short notice shifts when required
- Flexible with working hours and days
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Happy carrying out indoor and outdoor cleaning duties
