Your responsibilities include: Ticketing & Transactions – Checking and issuing tickets, handling cash and card payments. Train Patrol & Customer Support – Managing crowded conditions, assisting passengers, and resolving travel concerns. Accessibility Assistance – Supporting passengers with disabilities as they board and alight trains, including using a portable ramp (weighing up to 15kg) when required. Your ability to stay calm, organized, and adaptable is key to ensuring a smooth and positive journey for everyone.
