  • Support Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS): Assist in delivering the EYFS curriculum, providing tailored learning experiences that promote children's holistic development.
  • Create a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Plan and Deliver Activities: Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster children's social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Observe and Assess: Regularly observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual development plans.
  • Build Relationships: Foster trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Key Person Role: Act as a key person for a designated group of children, supporting their individual learning and care routines.
  • Promote Independence: Encourage children's independence, self-esteem, and social skills through purposeful interactions and play-based learning.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education, contributing to continuous improvement.
