About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client, a leading distributor of beers, wines and spirits supplying the public sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation based in Northampton NN4.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 Off
Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Please note site carry out Drug and Alcohol test during induction and assessment stages for this role.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Valid B1 Counterbalance licence with strong experience operating FLTs in a fast-paced, safety-focused workplace
- Experience using 3.5-tonne double pallet handlers (essential)
- Comfortable with some manual handling
- D1 Reach licence beneficial but not essential
- Physically fit and capable of meeting role demands
- Ability to start immediately is an advantage
