We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver in Newton Aycliffe on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate must hold either a Counterbalance or Reach forklift truck licence. In-house certificates may be considered in certain circumstances, depending on experience. Due to the requirements of the role, we are only able to consider candidates who hold a full UK driving licence and are 25 years of age or older, in line with insurance criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks safely and efficiently
- Handball products and support manual handling tasks as required
- Pick and pack orders accurately in line with customer requirements
- Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and cycle counting
- Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Use warehouse systems to log stock data and process orders
- Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Pay Rate: £12.21ph
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm, Fri 8:30am-3:30pm, 36.5hrs per week
