Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for maintaining a safe and efficient environment? a pristgious University in the heart of Oxford is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all maintenance activities, safety inspections, and contractor schedules are meticulously managed and documented., Maintain accurate COSHH records and update risk assessments.
Record and report fire, health & safety, and insurance inspection actions to the Head of Maintenance.
Arrange and schedule training specific to the maintenance department, including ladder training.
Order and manage PPE distribution, and maintain related records.
File H&S and O&M documentation, updating associated schedules.
Schedule and coordinate service contractor appointments and legislative inspections.
Maintain detailed records of service contractors and emergency contacts.
Order supplies, source parts, and coordinate staff workwear.
Organize project meetings with contractors, maintain project records, and manage project logistics.
Keep rolling programmes of maintenance updated and report missed tasks.
Act as a central point of contact for the maintenance department, handling correspondence and enquiries.
Input and manage maintenance staff holidays, payroll timesheets, and insurance records.
Help coordinate sustainability efforts, inputting monthly energy data and supporting the College’s sustainability plan.
