We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position working a Monday to Friday day shift within a modern temperature-controlled warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe movement, storage, replenishment and picking of stock while maintaining excellent health & safety and quality standards throughout the operation. Key Responsibilities Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently Putting away, replenishing and retrieving stock from racking locations Loading and unloading vehicles Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Completing stock movements accurately Assisting with stock checks and inventory counts Carrying out daily MHE equipment checks Maintaining high standards of housekeeping Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations Supporting general warehouse activities as required Reporting damaged stock, defects and safety concerns promptly What We're Looking For Essential Valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent) Previous Reach Truck experience within a warehouse environment Good attention to detail Strong awareness of warehouse health & safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good numeracy and literacy skills Desirable Cold store or temperature-controlled warehouse experience Counterbalance licence Experience using RF scanning equipment Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or food storage environments Working Environment This role is based within a temperature-controlled cold store, therefore applicants must be comfortable working in cooler conditions. The role will involve regular use of MHE equipment and occasional manual handling duties.
