Role: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Chelsea & Sutton
Duration: 3 Months (Temp to Perm)
Hours : Monday- Friday

Please note that the role may require the individual to work a shift pattern working late and weekends for which an additional shift allowance will be paid
Job Purpose
To coordinate all resources and stakeholders to deliver a high level of service to clients with maximum efficiency and in a safe, sustainable and collaborative manner.
General Overview
To report directly to the Contract Manager with responsibility for the delivery of HVAC planned and preventive maintenance including reactive breakdowns.
The role will involve the development and maintenance of good working relationships with customer representatives and work in a manner which ensures that all aspects of the service agreement between Equans and the customers are delivered with the requisite levels of professionalism.
Qualifications or Required Experience
- Apprenticeship in Air/Conditioning maintenance
- Formal recognised City and Guilds qualification or NVQ level 2 air conditioning & refrigeration
- PASMA & IPAF would be desirable
- IET 18th edition would be desirable
- Previous experience of using a CAFM system
