We are seeking an experienced Civils / Cabling Supervisor with proven experience working across multiple telecoms operators. The role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of civils and cabling works, while supporting commercial control through accurate planning, reporting of variations, and cost‐conscious site delivery.
This is a national, site‐based role requiring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a proactive, safety‐first approach.
Skills & Experience- Proven experience supervising telecoms civils and cabling works
- Experience working across multiple telecoms operators
- Strong understanding of:
- NRSWA and Street Works
- Traffic Management requirements
- BT Openreach PIA
- NRSWA (Supervisor)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS (Gold or Black)
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving Licence
- SA001 / SA002 (Openreach)
- CAT & Genny
- Confined Spaces
- Asbestos Awareness
- IPAF / PASMA
