The Role
As a Hygiene Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring production areas and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards. Duties will include:
- Cleaning production areas, machinery, racks, and equipment
- Deep cleaning and strip-down of machinery (full training provided)
- Sweeping, mopping, pressure washing, and waste disposal
- Operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, hot hoses, pressure washers, and vacuums
- Following cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and hardworking with excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hygiene or cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
