About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Leicester. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident using systems, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
An Enhanced DBS is essential due to the nature of the setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Answering phone calls, handling enquiries, and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting colleagues and management with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
- Processing confidential information in line with GDPR
- Using Microsoft Office and internal systems confidently
- Assisting with general office duties as needed
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS certificate (must be on the Update Service or obtained prior to starting)
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
