Job Title: Catering Assistant

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

We are currently seeking motivated and friendly Catering Assistants to join our team in Stoke. In this role, you will support the catering operations by assisting with food preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items.
– Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
– Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
– Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety and hygiene.
– Work collaboratively with the catering team to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in catering or food service is a plus but not essential.
– Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate – we can help you obtain this if you don\’t have it
– An in-date level 1 Food & Hygiene Certificate dated within the last 12 months (we can process one for you free of charge).

* Is able to multi-task

* Has experience working within a catering background
* Has excellent communication skills
* Is able to work well within a team and independently
* Has great organisation and time-management skills
