We are hiring a Tenant Liaison Officer for a temporary role (35 hrs) with hybrid working.

Are you a people-focused, organised communicator who wants to make a real difference to tenants across the Highlands? We are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to support improvement works in council homes and help ensure tenants feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the process.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the key link between tenants, contractors & Housing teams
  • Support tenants through planned improvement works
  • Co-ordinate access, surveys & care-related arrangements
  • Gather feedback & help drive service quality
  • Keep systems and project information up to date

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Good organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Confidence with data, reports & spreadsheets
  • Experience in housing or a similar service
  • Full driving licence & access to transport (Essential)

What we are offering:

  • Salary - Β£28,665.00 (Pro-Rata)
  • Shifts are Monday to Friday so you will have your weekends free.
