The predicted salary is between 11.7 - 14.3 £ per hour.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-10:00pm

Location: Raynesway, Derby (moving to Ilkeston in the coming weeks)

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour (£13.00 per hour for candidates with relevant experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing products and components ready for painting
  • Sanding and finishing surfaces to the required standard
  • Using abrasive tools safely and effectively
  • Carrying out visual quality inspections to ensure high standards
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Supporting production activities while maintaining excellent attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience using sanders, abrasive tools, sandpaper, or similar equipment
  • Previous manufacturing, engineering, automotive, workshop, or production experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused approach
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
