What You'll Be Doing:
- Packing finished products safely and accurately ready for dispatch
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Loading, unloading and moving stock using a Counterbalance FLT
- Ensuring products are packed to the required quality standards
- Completing basic paperwork and stock records
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
- Supporting warehouse and production operations as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, picking, or production role
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (accredited or in-house accepted)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
