Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with an early finish every Friday? We're currently recruiting for a Demoulder to join a busy production team in Ilkeston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business where you'll play a key role in the production process, removing moulded components, carrying out quality inspections, and preparing products for the next stage of manufacture. What You'll Be Doing:
- Removing moulded components from production moulds safely and efficiently
- Inspecting products for defects and carrying out quality checks
- Preparing components for the next stage of the manufacturing process
- Working to production targets while maintaining high standards
- Handling products carefully to avoid damage
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider production team as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or factory experience would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently to production targets
- A hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
