Housing Standards Officer needed!

£44 per hour

Location: Riverbank, EX39

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Contract Duration: Till May 2026

Job Purpose: The post-holder will be responsible for protecting tenants, improving housing conditions, ensuring landlord compliance and delivering early interventions to prevent homelessness.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
