Overview

Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Washington Road, Sunderland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour + holiday pay
Start Date: ASAP
Blue Arrow Recruitment is currently seeking a Helpdesk Administrator for a valued client based in Sunderland. This is a temporary, part-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming helpdesk calls
  • Logging calls and queries into the IT system (full training provided)
  • Data input and administrative support
  • Escalating issues to management when necessary
  • Providing feedback and updates to clients

Requirements

  • Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills (training on internal systems will be provided)
  • Please note: Students will not be considered for this role due to set working hours
