We're looking for a proactive, technically minded After-Sales Associate with hands-on experience in plumbing and bathroom products to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role combining 70% customer service and 30% technical support, ideal for someone who thrives in both problem-solving and customer-facing environments.
The Role
As our After-Sales Associate, you'll be the go-to expert once a product has been delivered. You'll ensure our customers receive fast, effective support while helping maintain the high standards our brand is known for.
Customer Support & Service Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for after-sales enquiries.
- Manage service requests, complaints, and technical queries via phone and email.
- Deliver timely and professional resolutions.
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing and bathroom-related technical issues.
- Provide clear remote guidance on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques, including Root Cause Analysis.
Spare Parts & Service Coordination
- Liaise with warehouse teams to arrange replacement parts.
- Maintain accurate spare parts records and service documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
- Process service orders on the ERP system, ensuring accurate sales/purchase order tracking.
- Produce service performance and product reports.
- Identify trends and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
Experience
- Experience in after-sales, service engineering, or a technical support role.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical environment.
