Chefs & Chef Managers Wanted in the Surrey Area

Pay: £16.00 - £22.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs and Chef Managers to join a variety of catering and hospitality settings across the Surrey area, including care homes, schools, golf clubs, pubs, hotels, and contract catering sites. Whether you're looking for flexible work or your next long-term opportunity, we have a range of shifts and assignments available to suit your experience and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and compliance procedures are followed.
  • Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering where required.
  • Lead, supervise, and support kitchen teams in Chef Manager and senior chef roles.
  • Deliver a professional and efficient catering service to customers, residents, guests, or pupils.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Chef, Cook, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Chef Manager.
  • Experience within care homes, schools, hotels, pubs, restaurants, golf clubs, or contract catering environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate is advantageous for school and care home assignments.
