About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing Department. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role that rarely becomes available within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing activities across multiple brands, ensuring appropriate levels of marketing support and brand consistency.
  • Manage new product and brochure launches, including creative copywriting, design direction, artwork reviews, and coordination of photography projects.
  • Produce and amend marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign, including brochures, catalogues, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Lead SEO strategy and website management, ensuring content remains current and effective.
  • Drive marketing projects from conception through to completion, maintaining clear communication throughout.
  • Manage media planning, advertising schedules, PR activity, and campaign development across the UK and Ireland.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, newsletters, PR campaigns, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate company presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best possible commercial arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
