We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to support a busy NHS hospital site in Great Yarmouth. These are fixed‑term positions for 9 months, offering a competitive £14.00 per hour PAYE.

Key Details- Position: Receptionist
- Contract: Fixed‑term - 9 months
- Location: Great Yarmouth, NR31
- Pay rate: £14.00 per hour (PAYE)
- Start Date: 9th February 2026
- Working pattern: Full‑time hours, Monday-Friday
- Act as a first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff
- Receive and direct patients courteously and efficiently
- Answer telephone calls and manage enquiries appropriately
- Book appointments and update patient information on internal systems
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and NHS policies
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as required
- Previous experience in a reception or customer‑facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT and keyboard skills with accurate data entry
- Ability to work calmly in a busy, fast‑paced environment
- A professional, friendly, and flexible approach
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- Previous experience within an NHS or healthcare setting
