Temporary Accounts Payable / Bookkeeper Administrator
Location: Hillington
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexible hours available)
Rate: £14.10 per hour
Contract: Temporary, immediate start until Christmas
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Payable / Bookkeeping Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis from ASAP until Christmas. This role will focus on supporting the finance function with invoice processing and day-to-day transactional accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing accounts payable transactions
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with bookkeeping and transactional accounting tasks
- Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties as required
- Ensuring all financial information is processed in a timely manner
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous bookkeeping and/or accounts payable experience
- Strong invoice processing skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with financial systems and spreadsheets
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines
