Operations Controller / Technical Operations Technician

Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
The Role
Our client based in Hillington are looking for an organised, hands-on, and technically minded individual to support their day-to-day operations. This is a varied role involving stock control, product configuration, testing, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain stock levels.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
- Program and test products before dispatch.
- Configure products to customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards are met.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong IT skills and confident using Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
Desirable
- Experience in door entry, access control, CCTV, electronics, or IT.
- Product testing, configuration, or technical assembly experience.
- Stock control or warehouse experience.
