This is a key role supporting airline customers by ensuring catering products and equipment are prepared and delivered on time, in line with strict schedules and quality standards.
The Role
- Production
- Preparing and plating food
- Handling packed food items
- Packing amenity kits and flight condiments
- Equipment
- Stacking and organising shelves
- Stock rotation
- Re-ordering dry stock
- General cleaning duties
- Waste removal
- Washing airline equipment to required industry standards
