Manage calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
Track and update orders in internal systems
Operate internal system during peak season (data entry, reporting, order assignment)
Prepare delivery paperwork and loading plans
Book transport and liaise with hauliers
Support invoicing checksEstate Management:

Handle communications professionally
Coordinate grounds maintenance schedules and customer contracts
Oversee property maintenance and tenancy needs
Ensure timely renewals of certificates and supplier contractsGeneral Support:

Assist with B&B and cottage lettings
Prepare reports and data for the owner
Complete compliance paperwork (e.g., tenders, licenses)
Perform occasional personal assistant tasksCandidate Requirements:
