Salary: Up to 49,579

37.8 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 24/7 shift pattern)

About the Role

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring high standards of safety, performance, and reliability while driving continuous improvement across operations and maintenance activities. Outside of core operating hours, you will take overall responsibility for the site and teams on shift.
