Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:00, 12:00 - 20:00
  • Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 - 18:00

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Dutch Speaking Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agents to support customers of Centre Parcs, Pierre et Vacances and Maeva. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling inbound sales and customer service enquiries.
  • Converting customer enquiries into confirmed holiday bookings.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell upgrades, activities, extended stays, and additional products.
  • Managing booking amendments, cancellations, and confirmations.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving individual and team performance targets.
  • Building rapport with customers and creating memorable holiday experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within travel, hospitality, retail, telecommunications, or contact centre environments.
  • Strong ability to influence, convert, and close sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of contact centre KPIs and performance measures.
