HGV Class 2 Driver - Temp to Perm

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a Temp to Perm HGV Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client based in Blackpool, PR4 Area.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established company. The role involves delivering caged milk products to hospitals, wholesalers, and other commercial customers across the Blackpool, Bolton, and Manchester areas.
The Role
- Delivering caged milk products to hospitals, wholesalers, and commercial sites.
- Routes covering Blackpool, Bolton, Manchester, and surrounding areas.
- Between 8 and 20 drops per day, depending on the route.
- Driving 18T to 26T Class 2 vehicles.
- 03:00am start times.
- Working 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays.
- Job and finish
- Temp to Perm opportunity with a permanent position available following a successful temporary period.
Pay Rate
£15.50 per hour
What We're Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) License.
- Valid CPC Qualification Card.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Minimum 2 years' commercial driving experience.
- Good understanding of driver regulations and road safety.
- Reliable and professional attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Newly Qualified Class 2 Drivers Considered
If you have recently passed your Class 2 license but have a minimum of 2 years' commercial 7.5T driving experience, we would still love to hear from you.
Please Note
- Unload cages using a tail lift.
- Move cages safely onto customer premises.
- Carry out manual handling duties throughout the day.
