Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll for around 600 staff across multiple sites. Reporting to the Head of HR, this newly created role offers hybrid working and visibility as the payroll SME.
You will manage monthly payroll, RTI submissions, pensions and auto-enrolment, ensure HMRC compliance and accuracy, and collaborate with HR and Finance to develop the payroll function.
