Customer Service Advisors - EE Darlington

Looking to kickstart your career with one of the UK's leading telecoms brands? We're hiring Customer Service Advisors to join EE's Contract Team Set-Up in Darlington. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - with the chance to apply for internal roles during your assignment.

What's on Offer:

  • Full-time office-based role in Darlington
  • Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (37.5 hours/week)
  • £13.95 per hour
  • Immediate start
  • 4 weeks of paid training (no holidays during this period)
  • All bank holidays off
  • May be subject to DBS Checks

The Role:

You'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls from EE's sales team and customers, helping to set up contracts accurately and efficiently. This is a quality-over-quantity role - no call duration targets, just a focus on getting things right.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Handling inbound calls related to contract setup
  • Verifying and entering contract details into the system
  • Following up with sales teams or customers for missing info
  • Ensuring contracts are complete and error-free before activation
