Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.
- Ensuring that empty properties are re-let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets.
- Delivering sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments ensuring that new tenants can sustain their tenancies.
- Maintaining & developing excellent relationships with local authorities in respect of Choice Based Lettings and nomination arrangements.
- Ensuring that processes work effectively to deliver a high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

- Previous experience in the housing sector.
- Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.
