About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a Counterbalance Forklift driver for our client in Hartlepool on a temp to perm basis
You’ll be an essential part of the warehouse and production team, handling materials and finished products in a busy manufacturing environment
Heavy lifting is involved, so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on role
All forklift truck licenses must have been completed within the last 3 years, and be externally accredited.
Duties:
- Operating counterbalance forklift trucks to safely move stock throughout the production and warehouse areas
- Loading and unloading deliveries while ensuring all goods are checked and stored correctly
- Supplying production lines with raw materials and removing finished products for dispatch
- Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and cycle counting
- Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Use warehouse systems to log stock data and process orders
- Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Rates:
£14.55ph - £21.82ph
Shifts:
- Week 1 - Monday-Friday - 6am-2pm
- Week 2 - Monday-Thursday - 10am-6pm / Friday 8am-4pm
- Full time only
