Ad Hoc Delivery Driver Required in Coundon, Coventry

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for ad hoc assignments delivering mobility equipment to customers. Requirements Must be 25 years of age or over Hold a full UK driving licence Have a current DBS check Good communication and customer service skills Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting and manual handling Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred Key Responsibilities Packing, loading and unloading delivery vans and trucks Delivering mobility equipment to customers on designated routes Safely lifting, carrying and manoeuvring heavy mobility equipment, including beds, chairs, scooters and other healthcare products Assisting with the installation and positioning of equipment at customer locations where required Maintaining regular communication with route dispatchers Reviewing deliveries with customers to ensure accuracy Obtaining delivery confirmations from recipients Cleaning and servicing the delivery van ready for the next assignment Daily reporting and inputting of delivery metrics into store systems Assisting within the warehouse and backdoor operations as required Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including safe manual handling practices What We Offer Flexible ad hoc work Competitive rates of pay Opportunity to work with a professional and supportive teamIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please get in touch today.
