Are you an experienced cleaning supervisor ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure a safe, efficient and inspiring environment for staff, students and visitors.
About the Role
The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the cleaning team, ensuring all areas of the site are consistently maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting the cleaning team
- Ensuring all facilities are cleaned to required standards
- Monitoring supplies, equipment and stock levels
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Assisting with deep‐cleaning schedules during designated periods
Hours of Work
30 hours per week, term time
Plus teacher training days
Plus 4 weeks during school holidays for deep cleaning (October half term, February half term, and the final two weeks in August)
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
- A positive, proactive and reliable approach
- Ability to work constructively as part of a team
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required; however, a good standard of literacy and numeracy is essential.
