We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Chef to join our friendly kitchen team. A well-established residential outdoor education setting nestled in the heart of East Sussex. If you\’re passionate about developing your culinary skills in a supportive environment and want to be part of a team that fuels fun, learning and adventure – this is the role for you. About the Centre: Operating 7 days a week (with a short closure at Christmas), the kitchen provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner services for both guests and staff. We cater for up to 185 people daily, averaging around (Apply online only), which allows for a dynamic yet manageable kitchen operation. Full catering on site: buffet breakfast, lunch stations, and three-course dinners included The Coffee Nest café offers snacks, wraps, cakes, and hot/cold drinks throughout the day Options for afternoon tea and tasting experiences (e.g. gin, wine, cocktails) Dietary needs are well supported (e.g. nut-free, halal, vegetarian, etc.) Mix of self-service and table service for efficient and high-quality meal delivery Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
