Cooking fuels everything - and you will play a key role in keeping guests energised and ready for their day. As a Chef, you will join a welcoming and supportive kitchen team, working under an experienced Head Chef. You will prepare nutritious, crowd-pleasing meals without the pressure of menu creation or sourcing ingredients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals
- Managing stock levels and supporting cost control
- Maintaining excellent food safety and allergen standards
- Coaching and supporting junior team members
This role offers a great balance of hours, with limited late nights, frequent Friday or Saturday evenings off (particularly outside peak season), and minimal Christmas working - ideal for developing your career without sacrificing personal time.
We are looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a busy kitchen and enjoys being part of a fun, friendly team
- Has experience in catering, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Shows strong understanding of food hygiene, allergens and dietary needs
- Works well under pressure with excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Ideally holds a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
