We are looking for aa Chef to join a stunning café with brand new kitchen , located in beautiful rural area , surrounded by spectacular views – this is a great stop for delicious breakfast, lunch and cakes., *Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food preparation
*Preparation of fresh simple dishes
*Preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards.
*Help with preparation of food items and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen
*Work alongside the kitchen team
*A basic understanding of produce and ingredients
*Experience in the kitchen
*Basic knowledge of food production methods
*Embrace new ideas and processes
*Positive and approachable manner
