The Role
- Support the kitchen team to deliver a high-quality food service, ensuring excellent standards of hygiene and customer service.
- Basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients).
- Serving food and drinks to customers.
- Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Setting up and clearing service areas and dining spaces.
- Washing up and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
- Supporting with stock rotation and deliveries.
- Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous catering or kitchen experience preferred but not essential.
