We operate two supported living homes in Newbury and are seeking skilled and experienced female staff who ideally live in or near the area and are available to start as soon as possible.

Experience:

  • Learning Disabilities
  • Behaviour that challenges / behavioural management
  • Complex needs (minimum 2 years experience)
  • Home care experience (minimum 3 years)
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities in daily living activities
  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
  • Encourage participation in social and recreational activities
  • Administer and manage medication
  • Provide transportation to appointments, outings, and community events
  • Maintain accurate records using a care system app
