The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a busy and professional organisation based on the edge of Cardiff City Centre. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to become an integral part of a supportive team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and support
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting colleagues with a range of administrative tasks
  • Updating internal systems and databases
  • Assisting with general office coordination duties

About You

  • Previous administration experience (approximately 2+ years)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive, and professional approach
