We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Groundsman / Gardener to support a school site in Canterbury on a temporary basis.

Assignment details:

  • Start date: Tuesday 26th May
  • End date: Friday 24th July
  • Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 14:30

Role responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining the school grounds to a high standard, including:
  • Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming
  • Weeding, planting, and general garden maintenance
  • Leaf clearing and keeping outdoor areas tidy and safe
  • Operating gardening tools and equipment safely
  • Supporting general upkeep of the school environment

Requirements:

  • Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Good attention to detail and reliability
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

You will be a proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining outdoor spaces and can work independently or as part of a team.
